I wondering if white people in hawaii are also bothered when people there speak hawaiian? To me california is the same as hawaii. Before U.S. took over most people in california spoke spanish that’s why all the major cities in the state are spanish, starting with SAN (translation SAINT). It’s the same in hawaii before the U.S. took over the language was hawaiian and all theyre cities are hawaiian named. So would people speaking spanish in California be the same as people speaking Hawaiian in hawaii. Why do people get bothered by it?
