This relates to a linguistics paper I am working on. Here, ‘floreta’ would be a diminutive form of ‘flor’. I know florecita and florecilla are preferable, but is ‘floreta’ valid as well?
And what are your thoughts on ‘solete’ for ‘sol’? This is in addition to ‘solecito’.
