Spanish Rice/Mexican Rice Recipe. I want the FLUFFY kind you get in a cheap mexican restaraunt. Any takers?

The fluffy rice, not sure if its mexican or spanish but its the cheap stuff in a any hole in the wall mexican restaraunt.
