I want to do a year in high school in Spain, but I'm afraid I will be in an area that doesn't speak spanish?

I know other places speak Catalan, Basque, etc, but I just want to learn Spanish. The programs don’t guarantee that you will be in an area that speaks just Spanish. What should I do? Look into another country or what? Thanks!
